What if client is lactating or pregnant?
No worries! There will be safety precautions taken before and during facial session, no products with active ingredients will be used and there will be a client intake/consultation to ensure client is comfortable with the service beforehand.
Do I need to do my at home skincare routine before and after facial?
During post facials , you don’t need to because you may over exfoliate your skin depending on the service that was provided. However , say if you’re appointment is in the afternoon/evenings you’re more than welcome to do so.
What if my skincare routine includes active ingredients?
If your skincare routine includes active ingredients such as salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retino/al, retinoids, or anything listed as BHA/AHA on product label. It is recommended to pause 7 days prior to any facials for retnoids and retino/als. For any other active ingredients, at least pause 3 days prior. This will ensure safety for the client that whatever is used during the facial session will NOT interfere or cause a skin reaction! If you’re using any of the ingredients listed above you NEED to let your esthetician know before appointment. This will also be included in client intake/consultation.
What if I’m allergic to a certain ingredient?
PLEASE let your esthetician know before appointment, this is also included in the client intake/consultation. Please list ANY allergy known to best knowledge. This can include food, fragrances , pollutants, medications, etc.
Can I wear makeup to my facial appointment?
Yes! Whether you’re coming off of work or just had a busy day, I’ll take care of you! No worries<3
What type of products are used?
Main skincare lines are Circadia, Glymed Plus, and Skin Script. These skincare lines are designed to treat anti aging, acne, and all skin types!
