Avila Esthetics Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking
At Avila Esthetics we strive to provide an exceptional services and care. To help maintain this standard, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. A non-refundable deposit of $15.00 is required to secure any appointment. The deposit amount will be applied towards your total balance on the day of your service. Address will be forwarded to after booking.
Late Policy
We understand that delays can happen. A 10 minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. However, arrival beyond this window may result in the appointment being canceled. To avoid an inconvenience, please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
Cancellation
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. No-shows will not be tolerated, as they impact our ability to serve other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment once using the same deposit, if you notify us 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and a new deposit will be required.
